Meet Dr. Nick

Dr. Nick Curtis holds both undergraduate and master’s degrees in Exercise Science, driven by a lifelong passion for sports and fitness. Growing up, he competed in a wide array of sports, including baseball, soccer, football, lacrosse, tennis, basketball, and hockey. Today, his focus and expertise have aligned with golf, where his career and personal interests thrive.

In 2023, Dr. Curtis earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree, graduating as valedictorian from Northwestern Health Sciences University with a specialization in sports rehabilitation. His dedication to advancing care is reflected in his extensive list of certifications, including TPI Level 1, TPI Fitness Level 2, TPI Golf Level 2, and TPI Power Level 2. He is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and an EXOS Performance Specialist (XPS).

Dr. Curtis founded Integrated Rehab and Performance Center to provide active individuals with a comprehensive approach to addressing pain while optimizing overall health and fitness. His mission is to empower people to stay active and achieve their goals, no matter their starting point. He works with youth athletes, adults dealing with pain, and those in need of tailored rehab and chiropractic care.

With a focus on precise, goal-oriented programming, Integrated Rehab and Performance Center offers solutions for clients at every stage of their fitness and wellness journey. Dr. Curtis’ passion lies in helping people move better, stay healthy, and unlock their full potential.
